The Turf101 core backend is protected using enterprise-grade authentication protocols, encrypted transactions via verified payment gateways, and reliable Django security layers. All personal identifying data is handled strictly in accordance with modern privacy standards.
By creating an account, entering an email address, or utilizing any payment gateway on Turf101, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any segment of these guidelines, you must immediately cease usage of the platform.
Bookings are reserved on a strict first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of verified payment confirmations. A slot is not reserved until an official M-Pesa or card confirmation code is processed by our automated transaction system.
Refund policies are defined according to facility guidelines and system rules:
Users must comply with individual arena ground rules, including proper footwear (agreed studs, turf shoes, or flat soles), zero tolerance for vandalism, and respect towards facility staff and opposing teams. Turf managers reserve the right to evict violators without issuing refunds.
Your phone number, email address, and transaction logs are securely stored solely for account authorization, receipt generation, and operational notifications. Turf101 does not lease, sell, or disclose user data to unauthorized third-party advertisers.
Q: What if I didn't receive my 6-digit OTP code?
A: Check your email spam or junk folder. Ensure that the email address entered was spelled correctly. If the code still does not arrive, click the "Resend code" button once the 30-second timer elapses.
Q: My M-Pesa payment went through, but my booking shows pending. What should I do?
A: System verifications usually take a few seconds. If your booking status does not update within 2 minutes, navigate to your support tab or contact support with your M-Pesa confirmation code for manual reconciliation.
Q: Can I change my booking time after paying?
A: Time adjustments can be processed if requested at least 12 hours prior to match time, subject to arena schedule availability.
