Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you might want to know before your first booking.
Availability is live. When you open a pitch you see its real opening hours, and any slot that's already reserved is shown as booked and can't be selected. The moment someone pays, that slot disappears for everyone else.
Once you choose your slot you'll get an M-Pesa STK push straight to your phone. Enter your PIN and the booking is confirmed automatically — usually within a few seconds. You'll receive a confirmation with your booking details.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before kickoff are eligible for a refund, minus gateway charges. Changes requested under 12 hours ahead depend on the facility's own policy. If bad weather makes the ground unsafe, you can reschedule at no extra cost.
Creating an owner account and listing your facility is free. You set your own hourly rates, including separate peak-hour and weekend pricing, and keep full control of your schedule and availability.
Your slot runs for the time you booked, so arriving late shortens your session rather than extending it. We recommend getting there about 15 minutes early. Playing past your slot without clearing it with the facility may attract an overtime charge.
